CRA Consulting is delighted to be partnering with a respected and expanding legal practice to recruit an RTA Litigation Executive to join its specialist Non-Portal Motor Claims team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced personal injury professional to take ownership of a varied caseload of fast-track road traffic accident claims, handling matters from initial instruction through to settlement or litigation. You'll join a collaborative team that values quality, efficiency and exceptional client service while offering ongoing support and opportunities for professional development.
Working within the firm's dedicated motor claims department, you'll be responsible for managing a busy caseload of non-portal RTA claims, progressing files through each stage of the litigation process while ensuring compliance with the Civil Procedure Rules and client service standards. Your responsibilities will include:
Applications are welcomed from experienced Litigation Executives, Legal Executives, Solicitors, CILEX professionals and Fee Earners with a background in claimant personal injury litigation. You'll ideally have:
Qualified Solicitors and Chartered Legal Executives are encouraged to apply, although qualification is not essential for candidates with the right level of experience.
