Job summary

Cape Clarke in Leeds is seeking an RTA Fee Earner to manage a varied caseload of RTA matters, including Portal claims and pre-litigation to litigation. The role offers hybrid working with one in-office day and progression opportunities within a growing practice.

Qualified or non-qualified candidates are welcome; the team provides supportive supervision and a steady flow of quality work in a well-established firm.

Qualifications

• Experience handling RTA claims.
• Experience dealing with Portal matters and claims that have exited the Portal.
• Ability to manage a caseload with appropriate supervision.
• Strong client care and communication skills.
• A proactive and organised approach.
• Litigation experience would be desirable but is not essential.

Responsibilities

• Manage your own caseload of RTA matters, including Portal claims, claims that have exited the Portal, pre-litigation and litigation files.
• Handle predominantly Fast Track work, with some Intermediate Track and Multi-Track matters.
• Operate with autonomy while receiving support from an experienced and collaborative team.

I'm currently working with a well-established and growing personal injury practice that is looking to recruit an RTA Fee Earner to join its expanding team in Leeds.

This is an excellent opportunity for either a qualified or non-qualified Fee Earner looking to join a business that is continuing to invest in its people, offers genuine career progression and provides a steady flow of quality work.

The Role

You will manage your own caseload of RTA matters, including:

• Portal claims
• Claims that have exited the Portal
• Pre-Litigation and Litigation files
• Predominantly Fast Track work, with some Intermediate Track and Multi-Track matters

The role offers plenty of autonomy whilst also providing the support of an experienced and collaborative team.

About You
