CRA Legal in Leeds, West Yorkshire, is seeking a RTA Litigation Executive to join our Personal Injury team on a full-time, permanent basis. You will manage your own caseload of claimant RTA matters, handle OIC and MOJ Portal work, and strive to deliver excellent client service.
Hybrid working allows two days in the office weekly; salary £30,000 - £35,000 with a competitive benefits package and ongoing training.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience handling Road Traffic Accident claims who enjoys managing their own caseload while delivering an outstanding service to clients. Joining a supportive and collaborative team, you'll manage a varied portfolio of claimant RTA matters, working with modern technology, structured processes and experienced colleagues to achieve the best possible outcomes for your clients.
You'll take ownership of a mixed caseload of litigated and pre-litigated Road Traffic Accident claims, dealing with both Official Injury Claim (OIC) and MOJ Portal matters from instruction through to settlement or conclusion. The role offers plenty of variety, combining technical legal work with regular client interaction, making it ideal for someone who enjoys balancing case management with excellent customer service.
