William James Recruitment is representing a well-regarded legal firm in Liverpool seeking an experienced RTA Litigation Executive. You will handle litigated RTA matters for insurers and clients, progressing files from instruction to resolution while liaising with clients and insurers.

The role offers hybrid working and clear progression within a leading defendant motor team. The firm emphasises strong training, development opportunities and exposure to high-quality motor litigation.

Qualifications

• Previous experience managing your own litigated RTA caseload.
• Strong knowledge of MOJ and OIC portals.
• Familiarity with credit hire claims.
• Good understanding of CPR and court procedures.
• Strong organisation and time management skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and sound legal judgement.
• Confident communicator with strong client care skills.
• Proficient using case management systems and IT platforms.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Handle a caseload of litigated RTA Fast Track and Small Claims files.
• Manage claims involving personal injury, credit hire and liability disputes.
• Progress files independently from instruction through to resolution.
• Conduct investigations and gather key evidence.
• Liaise directly with clients, insurers and third parties.
• Work closely with a Technical Supervisor on more complex issues.
• Deliver high standards of client service and case progression.

This is an outstanding opportunity to join a well-regarded legal firm recognised for delivering specialist legal services to both businesses and individuals in Liverpool. Due to continued growth within the Motor department, the firm is looking to appoint an experienced RTA Litigation Executive to join its award-winning and market-leading team in Liverpool.

You\'ll be joining a highly regarded defendant motor team acting for major insurers, TPAs, self-insured businesses and commercial organisations, with strong opportunities for progression and development for an RTA Litigation Executive in Liverpool.

The Role:

• Handle a caseload of litigated RTA Fast Track and Small Claims files
• Manage claims involving personal injury, credit hire and liability disputes
• Progress files independently from instruction through to resolution
