Job summary

Kinetic Law Limited in Blackburn is seeking an experienced Personal Injury Litigator or Solicitor to join our busy Personal Injury team, focusing on Road Traffic Accident claims. You will manage a caseload from inception to settlement or trial, drafting pleadings and statements, and coordinating with clients and counsel.

The role demands 1.5–2 years in litigated RTA/PI, solid CPR knowledge, and the ability to run fast-track cases independently.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1.5/2 years' experience handling litigated RTA and/or Personal Injury cases.
• Strong working knowledge of the CPR and litigation process.
• Confident in running fast-track cases independently; multi-track experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Managing a caseload of litigated RTA and Personal Injury files from inception to settlement or trial.
• Drafting pleadings, witness statements, and preparing trial bundles.
• Negotiating settlements and liaising with counsel, clients, insurers, and third parties.

What We’re Looking For
