Job summary

Dowty, a GE Aerospace company, seeks a senior leader to own the Rest of World aftermarket strategy and the global MRO strategy. You will manage the ROW P&L, set growth plans, and lead cross-functional teams with a focus on delivery, quality, and customer satisfaction.

Global travel is expected. You will partner with Operations and Supply Chain to ensure capacity, lead continuous improvement, and drive strategic initiatives across the ROW aftermarket landscape.

Qualifications

• Proven experience running or leading an aftermarket business, ideally in aerospace.
• Financial literacy and the confidence to own a significant part of a P&L, including budgeting and forecasting.
• Experience managing relationships at senior levels, including escalations, with strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Own Rest of World aftermarket strategy and global MRO strategy.
• Lead ROW Services team across Dowty enterprise with clear direction and high standards.
• Manage customer relationships at senior levels with airlines and air forces.
• Balance demand vs capacity and ensure on-time delivery of repairs and spares.
• Drive lean improvements and continuous improvement initiatives across the value stream.
