Job summary

Eaton Corporation in the United Kingdom is seeking an Aftermarket Business Manager to lead growth and customer satisfaction across the Titchfield and Bedhampton sites. The ABM will drive aftermarket programs, manage IPS teams, and coordinate with global leadership from a central UK location.

The role supports a hybrid working model with 2–3 days on site and continuous collaboration with manufacturing and service teams across the FMC division.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution in Engineering, Science, or Business Administration.
• A minimum of 10 years of experience in Aerospace Program Management, Aftermarket, Engineering, and/or New Product Development.

Responsibilities

• Lead aftermarket strategic initiatives and deployment of new business opportunities or power-by-hour programs.
• Improve and sustain aftermarket customer satisfaction via VOC feedback and corrective action.
• Coordinate with site leadership to manage IPTs, risks, and performance metrics.
• Communicate program status to Aerospace Group and site leadership.
