Job summary

Anderson Wright Consulting is seeking an experienced Global Spare Parts Manager to own the international spare parts and aftermarket business from Congleton. You will lead sourcing, inventory, logistics, pricing, and sales, driving a scalable, compliant operation across regions.

The role requires 7–10+ years in aftermarket/spare parts with at least 3 years in leadership, strong supplier management, and a track record of developing digital sales channels such as a webshop.

Qualifications

• 7-10+ years in aftermarket, spare parts, supply chain, procurement, or logistics, including 3+ years in leadership.
• Experience with spare parts pricing, margin management, and aftermarket business models.
• Strong knowledge of international logistics, import/export, customs, and trade compliance.
• Experience implementing or improving ERP/MRP, inventory, or warehouse management systems.
• Fluent business English and ability to work cross-functionally in an international setting.

Responsibilities

• Own the global spare parts and aftermarket business end-to-end with full P&L accountability.
• Develop and execute the global strategy for aftermarket growth and new revenue streams.
• Set global pricing strategies and margin targets for the spare parts portfolio.
• Lead and develop the spare parts team across global locations.
• Source spare parts globally, optimise supplier base for cost, quality, and availability.
• Negotiate pricing, contracts, and supply agreements; manage supplier performance and risk.
• Design and implement the global inventory strategy with forecasting and safety stock.
• Lead the implementation and growth of the spare parts webshop and digital sales analytics.
