Dowty, a GE Aerospace company, seeks a senior leader to own the Rest of World aftermarket strategy and the global MRO strategy for Dowty platforms. You will shape service offerings, capacity, footprint and growth, while building trusted relationships with airline and air force customers.

Reporting to GE Aerospace, you will lead the ROW Services team, drive lean improvements and ensure on-time delivery of repairs and spares, balancing demand and capacity across the globe.

Qualificações

• Proven experience in leading an aftermarket business, ideally in aerospace.
• Strong financial literacy with P&L ownership, budgeting and forecasting.
• Proven ability to manage senior-level customer relationships and escalations.
• Degree-level education or equivalent experience required.

Responsabilidades

• Own the Rest of World aftermarket strategy and the global MRO strategy for Dowty platforms.
• Engage with customers, internal teams and partners to shape strategy using market insights.
• Lead the ROW Services team and drive lean improvements across the value stream.
• Manage P&L, budgets, forecasts and service contracts in collaboration with Sales and Ops.
• Serve as the senior escalation point for ROW customers and drive resolutions.
