Job summary

Dowty, a GE Aerospace company, seeks a Value Stream Leader for Rest of World Aftermarket to steer the ROW aftermarket and global MRO strategy. You will own the P&L, set direction, and build trusted relationships with airlines and air forces worldwide.

Partner with operations, supply chain and Digital Technologies to deliver high-quality repairs, overhauls and spares on time, while driving lean improvements and aligning with GE Aerospace's Flight Deck practices.

Qualifications

• Proven experience running or leading an aftermarket business, ideally in aerospace.
• Financial literacy and the confidence to own a significant part of a P&L, including budgeting, forecasting and cost management.
• Direct experience of managing customer relationships at senior level, with strong communication and escalation handling.
• Degree-level education or equivalent in engineering/operations/product management or related field.
• Willingness to travel internationally.

Responsibilities

• Own ROW aftermarket strategy and global MRO strategy, including service offerings, capacity and footprint.
• Lead strategy development with customers, internal teams and partners to differentiate Dowty.
• Manage P&L, budget and forecast for the value stream, and support commercial negotiations.
