Job summary

Brunning and Price Pubs Ltd is seeking an experienced Roving Chef to join its expanding family. Based in the West Midlands, you will support a network of pubs and new openings, covering Shropshire down to Warwickshire and Worcestershire.

The role involves flexible travel and occasional overnight stays. You’ll benefit from a competitive package including a basic salary up to £40,000 plus tronc, £3,000 car allowance, paid overtime, great tip opportunity and staff discounts.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in catering and hospitality at sous or senior sous chef level.
• Positive and flexible attitude.
• Available to cover holidays and deputise for Head Chef.
• Experience running a kitchen and driving the food culture.

Responsibilities

• Cover holidays and new openings as part of roving Chef duties.
• Assist in running the kitchen and maintaining high food standards.
• Work across Brunning & Price pubs in the West Midlands region.
