Brunning and Price Pubs Ltd. is seeking a Roving Chef based in the Chester area to support our pubs and new openings. You’ll cover holidays, assist with openings and help drive the kitchen culture across our growing family of pubs.

We offer a base salary up to £35,000 plus tronc, a £3,000 car allowance, paid overtime, and strong benefits including meals, discounts, pension, and flexible pay options.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in catering and hospitality at sous or senior sous chef level is essential.
• Flexible attitude and ability to cover holidays and adapt to new openings.

Responsibilities

• Cover holidays and deputise for Head Chef when needed.
• Help run the kitchen and drive the food culture.
• Keep team and customers engaged with exciting new dishes.
