Brunning & Price is seeking a Roving Chef based in the West Midlands to support our pubs across Shropshire to Warwickshire and Worcestershire, covering holidays and new openings.

You will bring catering hospitality experience at sous or senior sous level, and thrive in a varied kitchen environment with flexible regional assignments and travel.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in catering and hospitality at sous or senior sous chef level is essential.
• Positive and flexible attitude.

Responsibilities

• Cover holidays, involved in new openings or deputising for Head Chef.
• Help run the kitchen and drive the food culture.

Due to a number of internal promotions and growth of the business, we are looking for a Roving Chef, ideally based in the West Midlands area to support our existing pubs and new pub openings covering from Shropshire down to Warwickshire/ Worcestershire areas. From time to time these positions involve working away from home but we'll always be flexible where we can.

About you...

Previous experience in catering and hospitality in a gastro pub, restaurant or hotel at sous or senior sous chef level is essential, as well as a positive and flexible attitude. In this role you'll be covering holidays, involved in new openings or could be deputising for a Head Chef. You'll help support with running the kitchen, driving the food culture and keeping your team and our customers engaged with exciting new dishes.
