Job summary

The Old Windmill in South Hanningfield, part of Brunning and Price Pubs Ltd, is seeking a Chef de Partie to join a vibrant kitchen. You will work across all areas of the kitchen, supporting our sous and head chef in a fast-paced environment to craft refined dishes.

We offer basic pay up to £30,300 plus tronc, paid overtime, and generous meal, pension and discount perks. Weekly pay and flexible earning options are also provided.

Qualifications

• Experience as Chef de Partie in pub, restaurant or gastro pub.

About You...

You may have experience in catering as a chef, line cook, breakfast chef, section chef or chef de partie in a restaurant, gastro pub or the wider hospitality sector. As our chef de partie you'll be working across all areas of the kitchen, supporting our sous chefs and head chef.
