Qualifications

• Formal qualification related to housing, health or social care.
• Experience working with homeless people and understanding needs of rough sleepers.
• Experience with trauma impacts on individuals with complex lives.

Responsibilities

• Provide case management and advocacy to a caseload of clients.
• Develop and write clear, concise support plans with achievable goals.
• Record keeping using client databases, Word, Excel and email.
• Work in partnership with statutory and voluntary agencies.
