Job summary

Lidl invites you to join a rotational 23-month programme spanning Sales, Logistics and Supply Chain across the UK's regional distribution network. You'll gain hands-on leadership experience, starting in stores before moving through logistics and supply chain roles.

The programme continues into a specialist track in Year 2, with a view to developing future retail leaders who can manage complex operations and supplier relationships. Applications welcome with assessment day on 29/01/.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 2:2 or higher required.
• Eligible to work in the UK on a full-time basis and able to provide proof when required.
• Willingness to travel regularly to Lidl stores.
• Full UK driving licence by 1 February.
• Assertiveness and confidence in communication to build strong relationships.
• Proactive, hands-on mindset with desire to understand core operational processes.
• Enthusiasm to learn and develop in a fast-moving environment.
• Resilience and determination to stay motivated and adapt to challenges.
• Able to attend the assessment day on 29/01/.

Responsibilities

• Year 1: Sales (store-based) starting as Customer Assistant and progressing to store management.
• Year 1: Logistics (warehouse-based) rotating across core warehouse areas before joining the warehouse management team.
• Year 1: Supply Chain (regional office-based) managing product orders, quality, freshness, and supplier relations.
• Year 2: you choose a specialist route in Store, Warehouse, or Supply Chain Management and develop further.
• This rotational programme aims to develop leadership capabilities and business acumen.
