Job summary

Lidl GB offers a 23-month rotational programme designed to develop future retail leaders across Stores, Warehouses & Supply Chain. You will experience hands-on roles in sales, logistics and regional supply chain management, with progression toward a leadership position.

The programme includes a video interview and assessment day, with clear progression into Store, Warehouse, or Supply Chain management and a pathway to a retail leadership role.

Qualifications

• Achieved a 2:2 or higher in a Bachelor's Degree.
• Eligible to work in the UK on a full-time basis.
• Full UK driving licence by 1 Feb 2027.
• Willing to travel regularly to stores.

Responsibilities

• Year 1: Sales (store-based) from Customer Assistant to store management.
• Year 1: Logistics (warehouse-based) across core areas.
• Year 1: Supply Chain (regional office-based) management of orders and supplier coordination.
• Year 2: specialize in Store, Warehouse, or Supply Chain Management and further develop leadership experience.
