Join Lidl's 23-month rotational Retail Manager Apprenticeship in Bridgend, UK. You'll rotate across Sales, Logistics and Supply Chain to build leadership skills and business acumen, starting in customer-facing roles and progressing toward store and warehouse management.

You'll gain hands-on experience in ordering, quality control, supplier relations, and regional office operations while developing confidence and resilience to lead teams in a fast-moving retail environment.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree with 2:2 or higher.
• Eligible to work in the UK on a full-time basis.
• Full UK driving licence by 1 Feb 2027.
• Willingness to travel regularly to stores and live within commutable distance from Regional Distribution Centre.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Proactive, hands-on mindset to understand core operational processes.
• Enthusiasm to learn and succeed in a fast-moving, challenging environment.
• Resilience and determination to stay motivated and adaptable.
• Able to attend the assessment day on 25/01/2027.

Responsabilidades

• Rotational programme across Sales (store-based), Logistics (warehouse-based), and Supply Chain (regional office-based) in Year 1.
• Gain experience from Customer Assistant to store management in Sales.
• Learn fundamentals of logistics by rotating around core warehouse areas in Logistics.
• In Year 2, specialise in Store, Warehouse, or Supply Chain Management and develop leadership experience.
