Job summary

Babcock International Group invites applications for its Supply Chain Planning Graduate Programme based in Rosyth, Scotland. Over two years, you’ll rotate through core planning roles including Production and Material Planning, gaining exposure to S&OP processes and cross-functional collaboration.

You will be mentored, complete expert masterclasses, and may pursue IOSCM accreditation as your career progresses within a fast-paced, project-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent.
• Demonstrable interest in supply chain and planning principles.
• Ability to obtain BPSS and Security Check (SC) clearance.

Responsibilities

• Learn how demand, supply and operations planning connect to projects to improve efficiency.
• Analyse material flows and reviewer supplier performance to anticipate shortages.
• Support monthly Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) reviews and cross-functional planning.
• Collaborate with planners, engineers and suppliers to build confidence in modern planning practices.
