Job summary

Babcock offers a two-year Sustainability Graduate Programme in Rosyth, with a minimum starting salary of £35,000. You will rotate across Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, HR/People, Strategy and ESG, and Projects, gaining broad experience while contributing to decarbonisation and responsible sourcing.

You’ll receive mentoring, structured training, and support to pursue accreditation, with a final placement aligned to business needs and your career goals.

Qualifications

• Degree in a relevant subject with focus on environmental or social impact.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
• BPSS and Security Check clearance may be required.

Responsibilities

• Support development and delivery of sustainability initiatives across the business.
• Collect, analyse, and report sustainability data and track progress against targets.
• Assist with innovation projects and sustainability strategy development.
