Job summary

Babcock International Group is offering a Mechanical Engineering Graduate Programme in the UK. You will join a two-year rotation across engineering projects, gaining experience from concept design to production and in-service support.

The role supports development of leadership skills and eligibility for professional registration, with placements at Plymouth and other sites as needed. The programme provides structured mentorship, masterclasses, and financial support toward professional status.

Qualifications

• BEng or MEng in one of the listed mechanical disciplines.
• Security clearance eligibility including BPSS and SC may be required.
• Only UK nationals may be eligible for this post.

Responsibilities

• Rotate through placements every 3–6 months across engineering projects.
• Support design reviews, stress analysis and integration of mechanical systems.
• Contribute to projects from concept to production and in-service support.
• Develop technical leadership skills while advancing professional registration goals.

BEng or MEng in Mechanical/Structural/Motorsport/Materials/Mechatronics/Engine Systems/Welding/Automotive or AeroMechanical
