Job summary

Babcock International Group offers a Mechanical Engineering Graduate Programme with locations in Bristol, Ashchurch, and Plymouth. Over two years you will rotate every 3–6 months, gaining hands-on experience across design, production, and in-service support while building leadership capabilities.

Structured training and mentorship support your progression toward Chartered or Incorporated Engineer status, with a view to a permanent role within the engineering function.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant engineering discipline is required.
• Candidate must be able to achieve BPSS and Security Check clearance.
• This programme is limited to UK nationals as per security requirements.

Responsibilities

• Rotate through placements every 3–6 months over two years.
• Participate in engineer lifecycle activities from design to decommissioning.
• Lead small teams and oversee projects as you progress.
