Job summary

Babcock International Group seeks graduates for its Mechanical Engineering Graduate Programme. You will rotate across locations such as Bristol, Ashchurch, or Devonport, contributing to submarines, ships, vehicles and power plants, while building technical and leadership capabilities.

Over two years you’ll gain broad experience in design, analysis and integration, with on-site placements and a clear path toward Chartered Engineer status and permanent roles within the engineering function.

Qualifications

• BEng or MEng in Mechanical, Structural, Motorsport, Materials, Mechatronics, Engine Systems, Welding, Automotive, or AeroMechanical.
• Must be able to achieve and maintain BPSS and Security Check (SC) clearance.
• UK national or eligible for UK security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Join the Mechanical Engineering Graduate Programme and rotate through placements over two years.
• Contribute to design reviews, stress analysis and integration of mechanical systems.
• Develop technical leadership skills and pursue professional registration.
