Job summary

Zurich Insurance in Croydon is offering a 27-month rotational Business Management Graduate Programme designed to develop future leaders in our UK-wide business. You will gain broad exposure across core functions and deliver value through rotations.

Starting salary £30,600 with a London Allowance of £3,200, plus benefits including 28 days holiday, private medical cover, a 12% pension contribution and an annual bonus. Flexibility to relocate is expected as rotations occur.

Qualifications

• Recent graduate with at least a 2:1 degree from the last three years.
• Minimum 96 UCAS points from 3 A-Levels.
• GCSE English and Maths at A-C grade.
• Indefinite right to work in the UK and three years of UK residence.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a 27-month rotational programme across UK offices.
• Develop understanding of underwriting, claims and risk assessment.
• Collaborate with teams to deliver projects and drive improvement.
