Zurich Insurance is offering a 27-month Business Management Graduate Programme in Farnborough. The role rotates across UK offices, with a strong emphasis on claims, underwriting and risk analysis, supported by a large network across the UK.

The programme includes a Level 6 apprenticeship and aims to develop future leaders with a structured learning path. You will join a hybrid policy with relocation support for rotations, and a starting salary of £30,600.

Qualifications

• Must have minimum 2:1 degree
• 96 UCAS points from 3 A-Level subjects (or equivalent)
• GCSE English and Maths at grade A*-C (or equivalent)

Responsibilities

• 27-month rotational graduate programme with exposure to different parts of the business
• Learn about claims, underwriting, risk assessment and stakeholder reporting
• Develop commercial and technical know-how and leadership potential
• Relocate within the UK for rotations and work across UK offices
