Job summary

Zurich in Swindon is launching a 27-month Business Management Graduate programme starting September 2027. You’ll rotate across UK offices, gain real insurance experience, and build a broad network while developing leadership and commercial skills. The programme includes a Level 6 Senior Insurance Professional Apprenticeship (ACII) and relocation within the UK. Hybrid working is offered as you grow toward a future leadership role.

Qualifications

• Must have a 2:1 degree (or on track)
• Minimum 96 UCAS points from 3 A-Levels
• GCSE English and Maths at A*-C

Responsibilities

• Rotational scheme across UK offices, building a broad overview of the business.
• Support customer-focused activities and learn about underwriting, claims, and reporting.
• Complete Level 6 Senior Insurance Professional Apprenticeship (ACII) during the programme.
