Zurich is offering a 27-month Business Management Graduate Programme in Glasgow with rotations across UK offices. You will engage with claims, underwriting, reporting, and operational excellence while building a broad business understanding and leadership potential.

You will complete a Level 6 Senior Insurance Professional Apprenticeship, including ACII qualification, and enjoy relocation support as rotations occur.

Qualifications

• Recent graduate with a 2:1 degree or on track to achieve one.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills required.
• Willingness to learn and adapt across multiple UK offices during rotations.

Responsibilities

• Rotational placement across different parts of the business to gain broad exposure.
• Support senior teams and contribute to projects that add value to customers and the business.
• Develop commercial and technical knowledge to support future leadership roles.
