Job summary

Zurich Insurance in Croydon is launching the Business Management Graduate Programme 2027, a 27-month rotation across UK offices designed to develop future leaders in insurance. You will experience claims, underwriting, reporting to stakeholders, and drive operational excellence while building networks.

The programme combines hands-on rotations with a Level 6 Senior Insurance Professional Apprenticeship and ACII, offering a competitive starting salary (£30,600) plus London Allowance (£3,200),

Qualifications

Must have recently achieved or be on track for a 2:1 degree.
Minimum 96 UCAS points from 3 A-Levels (or equivalent).
A*-C in English and Maths GCSE (or equivalent).
Eligible to work in the UK without sponsorship and within UK residence requirements.

Responsibilities

Rotate across UK offices and participate in diverse business areas.
Learn claims, underwriting, and how to deliver reports to stakeholders.
Drive projects that deliver value and develop leadership and commercial acumen.
