Job summary

Zurich Insurance invites graduates to join a 27-month Business Management Graduate programme in London, with a series of rotations across UK offices. You’ll build understanding of claims, underwriting, risk and reporting while developing leadership and commercial acumen.

The programme includes a Level 6 Senior Insurance Professional Apprenticeship (equiv. to a bachelor’s) and Chartered Institute ACII, with hybrid work and relocation support where needed.

Qualifications

• Recent graduate with 2:1 degree or equivalent in any field.
• UCAS points: at least 96 across 3 A-Levels or equivalent.
• GCSE: English and Maths at A*-C or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a 27-month rotational programme across UK offices.
• Gain exposure to claims, underwriting, risk assessment and stakeholder reporting.
• Deliver projects that drive value and develop commercial and technical know-how.
• Move locations as rotations require, with hybrid office attendance arrangements.
