Job summary

Zurich is recruiting for its 2027 Business Management Graduate Programme in Farnborough. The 27-month rotational scheme provides exposure to claims, underwriting, reports, and operational excellence across UK offices. The programme includes a Level 6 Senior Insurance Professional Apprenticeship and ACII qualification.

You will relocate as rotations occur, with hybrid office attendance and relocation support provided. Strong communication, teamwork and organisational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Recently completed or on track for a 2:1 degree.
• Minimum 96 UCAS points from 3 A-Levels/Equivalent.
• English and Maths GCSE at A*-C or equivalent.

Responsibilities
