Job summary

AtkinsRéalis is seeking a highly organised Rostering Assistant to support planning, coordination and deployment of resources across the Practice. You will manage Fatigue 360 records, support workforce planning and ensure rosters, travel and accommodation meet operational needs.

You will work with managers, employees and suppliers to ensure resources are available on time, while maintaining high standards of service and compliance.

Qualifications

• Proven organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in records.
• Strong communication skills with stakeholders at all levels.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and recording/ reporting tasks.

Responsibilities

• Act as the key administrator for the Fatigue 360 system and ensure rosters align with requirements.
• Monitor fatigue and risks; liaise with employees and managers to address issues.
• Produce and distribute roster and compliance reports from Fatigue 360.
• Coordinate resources to maximise productivity and support workforce planning.
• Plan travel and accommodation for employees, ensuring cost-effectiveness.
• Provide guidance on roster management and workforce planning queries.
