Job summary

Frimley Health NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an eRostering Specialist to support implementation and optimisation of workforce deployment systems. You will work with operational, clinical, and corporate teams to maximise system use, improve rostering performance and ensure data accuracy.

The role includes training, system support and liaison with payroll processes. The post requires experience with Optima, rostering systems and information governance.

Qualifications

• Experience of using Optima for rostering and scheduling
• Proven ability to design and deliver training on complex systems
• Knowledge of records management, information governance and data protection standards

Responsibilities

• Support implementation and development of workforce deployment systems across the Trust
• Collaborate with managers and clinical teams to improve rostering performance
• Develop and deliver system training programmes and provide ongoing user support
• Provide advanced system administration support and resolve complex issues
• Monitor roster KPIs and generate management information reports
