Job summary

The Grand Hotel Leicester by the Unlimited Collection is seeking a Chef de Partie who is passionate about service excellence. You will report to the Head Chef and support delivering memorable experiences of the city for guests.

You will run your kitchen section efficiently, demonstrate product knowledge, and contribute to AA Rosette standards while collaborating with the team to create captivating dining experiences.

Qualifications

• Experience in a 2AA Rosette location or 4 star hotel.
• Excellent organisational skills.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Experience with food ordering and stock management.

Responsibilities

• Be responsible for the smooth running of your designated section in the Kitchen, ensuring all food service areas achieve a consistently high standard of food presentation.
• Provide exceptional service by demonstrating full knowledge of our products and facilities.
• Ensure planning and preparation for service is completed in a prompt and efficient manner.
• Work collaboratively with your colleagues to deliver captivating experiences.
• Assist the Head Chef in promotion and management of the criteria for AA Rosette Standards.
