Job summary

The Grand Hotel Leicester by the Unlimited Collection is seeking a Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team and deliver memorable city experiences. The successful candidate will report to the Head Chef and support smooth service across the section with a focus on quality, consistency and guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities include leading your section, maintaining product knowledge, planning for service and working with colleagues to uphold AA Rosette standards.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a 2AA Rosette location or 4 star hotel
• Excellent organisational skills
• Excellent leadership skills and communication skills
• Experience with food ordering and stock management

Responsibilities

• Be responsible for the smooth running of your designated section in the Kitchen, ensuring all food service areas achieve a consistently high standard of food presentation
• Provide exceptional service by demonstrating full knowledge of our products and facilities
• Ensure planning and preparation for service is completed in a prompt and efficient manner
• Work collaboratively with your colleagues to deliver captivating experiences
• Assist the Head Chef in the promotion and management of the criteria for the AA Rosette Standards throughout all required areas
