Responsabilidades

• Clean and service guest rooms to brand standards and maintain presentation.
• Report maintenance defects through KnowCross.
• Clean and service public areas to brand standards and maintain quality.
• Handle linen and housekeeping supplies, ensuring storage areas are tidy.
• Assist with training and support for the housekeeping team.
• Ensure Health and Safety compliance and COSHH awareness.
