TRIBE Hotels in London is seeking a Room Attendant to join our vibrant, fast-paced housekeeping team. You will clean guest rooms to brand standards, service public areas, and support the team to deliver a high-end experience.

We’re on the lookout for a Room Attendant to become part of our TRIBE community as we continue to make waves in London. You’ll play a key role in creating moments that feel effortless yet unforgettable.

Responsibilities
  • Responsible for cleaning and servicing guest rooms, ensuring they are always cleaned to brand standards, well presented, and maintained.
  • Report maintenance defects in guest rooms and on guest floors through KnowCross.
  • Ensure all guest rooms adhere to brand standards and quality audit standards.
  • Responsible for cleaning and servicing public areas, ensuring they are always cleaned to brand standards, well presented, and maintained.
  • Report maintenance defects in public areas and back of house through KnowCross.
  • Ensure all public areas adhere to brand standards and quality audit standards.
  • Responsible for cleaning and maintenance of exterior areas of the hotel including but not limited to guest entrances and loading bay areas.
  • Oversee delivery and collection of linen and terry on a daily basis.
  • Responsible for stocking linen and housekeeping supplies on guest floors and in stores, and ensure these storage areas are clean and well maintained.
  • Ensure guest floors remain clean and well maintained at all times.
  • Assist with other tasks to support the housekeeping team as required.
  • Ensure Health and Safety standards are adhered to and report any breaches to the Head Housekeeper.
  • Handle cleaning materials correctly and be fully aware of COSHH regulations.
  • Attend all required training sessions.
  • Maintain a positive and friendly attitude at all times, even when working to find solutions to challenges.
  • Provide the highest level of customer care, offering a friendly, helpful and responsive service for guests.
  • Assist in cleaning public areas and back of house areas as required.
