Kingdom Services Group Ltd in the United Kingdom is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor for a busy hotel. You will lead and motivate the housekeeping team, ensuring guest bedrooms, public areas and hotel facilities meet the highest standards.

The role involves organizing daily tasks, producing rotas based on occupancy, conducting quality inspections and maintaining cleanliness and safety across all areas, with regular collaboration with hotel management.

Formación

• Experience in hotel housekeeping, supervisory or team-leadership role.
• Organised and reliable, with strong attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and people-management abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, train and motivate the housekeeping team.
• Organise and delegate daily tasks to team members.
• Produce and manage rotas based on hotel occupancy.
• Carry out daily room and quality inspections.
• Maintain public areas and linen room standards.
• Report and follow up maintenance issues and defects.
• Manage keys and conduct regular key audits.
• Support lost property handling.
• Ensure proper storage of cleaning materials and guest supplies.
• Complete quality audits and act on issues.
• Monitor wastage to minimise losses.
• Collaborate with General Manager, Operations Manager and HR as needed.
• Occasionally supervise bedrooms and assist with public areas when occupancy requires.
