Bright Horizons Countess of Chester Nursery in the UK is seeking a Room Leader to guide a team, deliver high-quality early years care and education, and support children in achieving developmental milestones.

You will promote child welfare, health and safety, and build partnerships with families and professionals to meet each child’s needs. An EYFS-focused, safeguarding-aware approach is essential.

Qualifications

• Full and relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification.
• Experience in an Early Years setting, ideally as a Room Leader or similar role.
• Passion for creating fun and inclusive learning environments.
• Strong knowledge of the EYFS and safeguarding requirements.
• Ability to build trust with colleagues and parents.
