Bright Horizons Clairmont Nursery in Wilmslow is seeking a Room Leader to lead, mentor and inspire a team to deliver exceptional care and education, helping each child in the room reach their milestones while safeguarding welfare.

You will collaborate with parents and professionals, ensure health and safety, and apply EYFS standards; a Level 3+ Early Years qualification and prior room leadership experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Full and relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification.
• Experience in Early Years settings; room leader, nursery roles.
• Passion for creating fun and inclusive learning environments.
• Strong EYFS knowledge.
• Understanding of safeguarding and related regs.
• Ability to build trust with colleagues and parents.
• Effective communication with children and adults.
