Job summary

Bright Horizons Fleet Day Nursery and Preschool in Fleet is seeking a Room Leader with a Level 3 Early Years qualification to lead a team and deliver exceptional care and education for children in the room.

You will promote child welfare and safeguarding, work closely with parents and professionals, and ensure EYFS standards are consistently met while supporting your colleagues’ development.

Qualifications

• Level 3 or above Early Years qualification.
• Experience in Early Years setting.
• Strong passion for creating fun and inclusive learning environments.

Responsibilities
