Bright Horizons Royal Earlswood Day Nursery and Preschool in Redhill, Surrey is seeking a Room Leader to lead and mentor a dedicated team, delivering high-quality early years care and education. The role focuses on supporting children to develop milestones, uphold safeguarding, and build strong partnerships with parents and professionals.

The successful candidate will hold a Level 3+ Early Years qualification, have EYFS knowledge, and demonstrate safeguarding expertise.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
• Knowledge of safeguarding and child protection requirements.
• Excellent communication with children, parents and colleagues.
• Ability to lead, mentor and inspire a room-based team.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, support, and inspire a team to deliver high‑quality care and education.
• Promote child welfare, health and safety, and safeguarding in the room.
