Job summary

Bright Horizons Farnborough Day Nursery is seeking a Room Leader to lead a team and deliver high-quality care and education in our Farnborough setting.

The role requires a genuine commitment to the Early Years Foundation Stage, safeguarding, and strong partnerships with parents. You will foster inclusive learning environments and support staff development to ensure every child meets milestones.

Qualifications

• Full and relevant Level 3 or above.
• Experience in an Early Years setting, ideally as Room Leader or similar.
• Strong understanding of the EYFS and safeguarding requirements.
• Ability to build trust with colleagues and parents, and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and inspire a team to deliver exceptional care and education.
• Ensure child welfare, health and safety, and safeguarding are maintained.
• Develop strong partnerships with parents and professionals to meet each child’s needs.
