Job summary

Bright Horizons Reigate Day Nursery and Preschool is looking for a Room Leader to lead, mentor and inspire a team to deliver exceptional care and education for every child in our Reigate setting. You will champion the wellbeing, learning and safety of children and foster strong partnerships with families and colleagues.

You will bring a Full and relevant Level 3+ Early Years qualification, EYFS knowledge, safeguarding expertise and a passion for inclusive learning environments, with excellent

Qualifications

• Full and relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification.
• Previous experience in an Early Years setting – ideally as a Room Leader, Nursery Nurse, Nursery Practitioner, or Early Years Educator.
• Passion for creating fun and inclusive learning environments.
• Strong understanding of the EYFS.
• Knowledge of Safeguarding and Child Protection requirements.
• Ability to build trust and strong partnerships with colleagues and parents/carers.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, support and inspire a team to deliver exceptional care and education for children in the room.
• Promote child welfare, health and safety, and safeguarding, and maintain strong partnerships with families and professionals.
• Ensure EYFS activities are delivered effectively and assess milestones with a child-centered approach.
• Collaborate with colleagues to create inclusive learning environments and positive experiences for all children.
