Job summary

Busy Bees in Woking is seeking a Room Leader to oversee multiple rooms and integrate educational strategies across the centre. You will lead a team to achieve high standards of care and learning, while ensuring strong relationships with families and children.

As part of Busy Bees, you’ll contribute to the Bee Curious curriculum and play a key role in staff development. This on-site role offers growth within a leading UK nursery group.

Qualifications

• Level 3 qualification in early years education is required.
• Supervisory or room-leader experience in a nursery is preferred.
• Passion for child development and building strong family relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution of age-appropriate activities and curriculum in your room.
• Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment for children.
• Foster a high-performing team through supportive leadership and collaboration.
• Oversee development and wellbeing of children, with progress shared with parents.
• Take on the role of Key Person to support holistic development.
• Maintain health and safety, ensuring a clean and secure environment.
