Job summary

Busy Bees in the UK is seeking a Room Leader to oversee multiple rooms and implement the Bee Curious curriculum across the centre. You will inspire your team to achieve high standards of care and learning.

As a leadership role, you will manage daily routines, ensure safeguarding, maintain strong family communication and contribute to a supportive nursery culture at Busy Bees Queen of Hearts in Kettering.

Qualifications

• Level 3 qualification or above in early years education.
• Supervisory experience in a nursery setting is advantageous.
• Strong leadership, organisational and communication skills.
• Passionate about fostering children's development and working with families.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and execution of age-appropriate activities and curriculum in your room.
• Create a safe, stimulating and inclusive learning environment.
• Foster a high-performing team through supportive leadership.
• Oversee development and wellbeing of children and communication with parents.
• Act as Key Person to support holistic development and personal care needs.
• Ensure health and safety standards are met and the environment remains secure.
