Busy Bees in the UK is seeking a Room Leader to oversee multiple rooms, integrating the Bee Curious curriculum and leading a supportive team to deliver high standards of care and learning.

You will plan activities, ensure a safe, inclusive environment, and monitor children's development while maintaining strong partnerships with families.

Qualifications

• Level 3 qualification or above in early years education.
• Supervisory experience in an early years setting preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead planning and execution of activities and curriculum in your room.

• Foster a high-performing team through supportive leadership.
• Oversee development and wellbeing of children; progress shared with parents.
