Job summary

Busy Bees Nurseries in Harlow is seeking a proactive Room Leader to oversee multiple rooms and ensure the Bee Curious curriculum is integrated centre-wide. This leadership role inspires your team to achieve high standards of care and learning within our Good Ofsted setting.

You’ll guide curriculum planning, safety, and staff development while fostering strong relationships with families and the wider Busy Bees community.

Qualifications

• Level 3 qualification in Early Years education is required.
• Experience in an early years setting with supervisory responsibilities is preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and execution of age-appropriate activities and curriculum in your room.
• Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment for children.
• Foster a high-performing team through supportive leadership and collaboration.
• Oversee development and wellbeing of children and communicate progress to parents.
• Act as Key Person to support holistic development and care needs.
• Ensure health and safety standards are met and the environment is well maintained.
