Job summary

Busy Bees Nurseries is seeking a Room Leader to oversee multiple rooms and drive the Bee Curious curriculum across the centre. You will lead a dedicated team to deliver high-quality care and learning, ensuring consistency across age groups and strong partnerships with families.

The role emphasises leadership, safeguarding, and curriculum delivery within a busy nursery environment in London. You’ll be supported with ongoing professional development and opportunities to progress within the Busy

Qualifications

• Level 3 qualification or above in early years education is required.
• Experience in an early years setting with supervisory experience is advantageous.
• Strong leadership, organisational and communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and execution of age-appropriate activities and curriculum in your room.
• Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment for children.
• Foster a high-performing team through supportive leadership and collaboration.
• Oversee the development and wellbeing of children, ensuring progress is tracked and communicated with parents.
• Take on the role of Key Person, ensuring holistic development and personal care needs of a group of children.
• Ensure health and safety standards are met, maintaining a clean and secure environment.
