Job summary

JEM Childcare Solutions Limited is seeking a Nursery Room Leader / Third in Charge to join a very experienced team in Didcot. The role is based on 40 hours per week with flexibility around working hours, offering a salary around £34k depending on experience.

The ideal candidate will hold Level 3 in Early Years / Childcare, have at least 2 years of room-leading experience, knowledge of EYFS and safeguarding, and a commitment to maintaining high standards and Ofsted compliance within a nurturing

Qualifications

• Level 3 Early Years / Childcare qualification (full and relevant).
• Minimum 2 years’ experience leading a room in a nursery or early years setting.
• Knowledge of child development, EYFS, and safeguarding.
• Deliver high-quality care and learning experiences within your room and the wider nursery setting.
• Ensure compliance with Ofsted requirements.
• Build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues in the nursery setting.
