Job summary

Waterlooville nursery is seeking a Room Leader - Level 3 to inspire and guide a dedicated team in a Good Ofsted setting. The role focuses on blending hands-on early years practice with strong leadership to create a safe, engaging room where children are encouraged to explore.

The successful candidate will support colleagues, implement child-led activities and contribute to an environment that values each child's interests and confidence, while maintaining high standards of care.

Room Leader - Level 3

Up to £29,200 per year | 40 Hours per Week | Good Ofsted
